Remote Management
MILEX offers a worry-free approach to managing your IT environment. Our Remote Management service monitors your network 24/7. This includes server status, safety checks, workstation checks & status, patch management, antivirus status, backup status and web protection status.
We will alert you of any issues needing to be addressed, any technical work required will be done via Remote Support.
Remote Support
Any problems detected using Remote Management will be fixed using Remote Support. This will enable MILEX to quickly connect to your device remotely and fix issues efficiently, enabling you to move on with your day.
Of course, you can also call or log a support request via our Support Portal for any IT issue outside of monitored tasks.
Managed Antivirus
MILEX uses premium, SOC2 compliant antivirus software to prevent, detect and respond to internal and internet threats to your systems. Our premium, signatureless antivirus provides constant protection against known viruses and undiscovered “Zero-Day” threats. We can even sure up your devices by barring USB access to files and many other mechanisms to protect your data against human threats.
Backup & Recovery
Backup and recovery systems are essential for any business and are your best and final line of protection. MILEX reliable, automated and monitored cloud based backup and recovery. Solutions include on-site servers, workstations (Mac and PC) and Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Email, OneDrive/SharePoint) for files, databases and email. We have optional plans for routine Disaster Recovery testing if required.
Email Security
Your business relies on secure email to get your job done. Our Email Security protects against spam, viruses, malware, ransomware, phishing, social engineering attacks, impersonation, spoofing, business email compromise and other email-borne threats.
